Terms of Service

By claiming a floor or otherwise using Creator Tower ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service is

Creator Tower is a public, pay-to-rank leaderboard rendered as an interactive 3D building. Each floor represents a creator handle. Your position ("rank") is determined solely by the amount paid toward your floor.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. By claiming a handle, you confirm you are entitled to represent it, or are claiming it in good faith and accept the impersonation and takedown terms below.

3. Claiming & ranking

• One account (platform + handle) owns one floor. Claiming again with the same handle raises that floor — it does not create a second one.
• Rank is the floor's current amount. Higher amount = higher floor. The minimum is $1.
• To climb, you pay the difference between your current amount and your new target ("delta pricing"). Prior payments are credited.
• Where two floors hold the same amount, the more recently raised floor ranks higher.
• Rank is dynamic and not permanent: others may pay more and move above you at any time. We do not guarantee any rank, duration, visibility, exposure, or outcome.

4. Acceptable use & content

You are responsible for the content on your floor (handle, display name, tagline, category, image). You must not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, deceptive, or that impersonates another person or brand. We may filter, hide, remove, or refuse any floor or content at our discretion, with or without notice.

5. Impersonation & takedown

Claiming a handle you do not control may be removed on request from the rightful owner or at our discretion. Anyone may report a floor from within the Service; reports are reviewed and may result in a floor being hidden or removed. Amounts paid on removed floors are non-refundable (see Payments & Refunds).

6. Your content licence

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant Creedom a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, resize, and share that content to operate and promote the Service (for example, on the tower and in share cards). You represent that you have the rights to grant this licence.

7. No platform affiliation

Creator Tower is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, or administered by Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X, Meta, Google, or any other platform. All trademarks, handles, and logos belong to their respective owners; references to a platform are for identification only.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creedom is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 3 months before the claim.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Creedom harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms — for example, a claim that your handle, name, image, or tagline infringes someone's rights.

10. General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them to a successor or affiliate. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Creedom regarding the Service. We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

11. Governing law & contact

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at the registered office of Billion Faces Technologies Private Limited have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions: support@creedom.ai.

Payments & Refund Policy

Payments are processed securely by Stripe in US dollars. We never see or store your full card details.

How charges work

• A new floor costs a minimum of $1. Raising your floor charges only the difference to your new target (prior payments are credited).
• Prices are shown and charged in USD. Taxes, where applicable, are treated as included in the displayed amount.
• A floor becomes live after payment is confirmed and you complete the short "verify your floor" step.

No refunds

Because a claim immediately grants a public rank and listing, all payments are final and non-refundable, including where your rank later changes because others pay more, or where a floor is hidden or removed for a breach of these Terms. This does not affect rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Chargebacks & disputes

If a payment is reversed or disputed, the corresponding amount is removed from the floor's total; the floor may be lowered or removed accordingly. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in a permanent ban.

Failed or duplicate payments

If you are charged but your floor does not appear, or you believe you were charged in error (e.g., a duplicate), contact support@creedom.ai and we will investigate and correct genuine processing errors.

Privacy Policy

This explains what we collect and how we use it. By using the Service you consent to this policy.

What we collect

• Floor details you provide: handle, display name, tagline, category, and an optional photo/logo. This information is public on the tower.
• Payment information: handled by Stripe. We receive a payment confirmation, the amount, and the email you enter at checkout. We do not receive or store your card number.
• Usage & stats: a random visitor identifier stored in your browser (localStorage), approximate country (derived from your connection or device settings), and counts such as visits and floor views. These power the live stat counters and are not used to identify you personally.

How we use it

To operate the tower and ranking, process payments, display and share floors, run moderation, prevent abuse, show aggregate live stats, and communicate about your claim.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the service providers needed to run the Service, under agreements that limit them to processing it on our behalf:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• A cloud database and backend hosting provider — to store floor and stat data.
• A cloud storage provider — to host uploaded floor images.
• Hosting / CDN providers — to serve the site.

We do not sell your personal data. The current list of these providers is available on request at support@creedom.ai.

Cookies & local storage

We use browser localStorage for a visitor identifier and small preferences (such as your remembered floors). We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Retention & your rights

Public floor content remains visible while your floor is live. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting support@creedom.ai. Note that removing a floor does not entitle you to a refund.

Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
